The evaluation version of ProBT-XL is limited in time (please read the
license when installing the software)  

Runing ProBT-XL will install additional Excel macros on your computer
and modify Windows registers.  

Please note : It is better NOT to install  the softwatre in Program
Files but in your home directory. This helps when disinstalling :
macros installed in Program Files are not delete autmatically while
they look so !    

Some Anti-Virus software may block the execution of ProBT-XL 

You can remove
temporarily the ProBT-XL macros :  

start Excel 

tools -> additional macros -> un-check "ProBT-XL" 

and put it  back when needed. 

Examples as  sprinkler.xls can be found in the Example directory. 

TO GET RID OF ProBT-XL  
run the uninstall program located in the install directory :

Runing ProBT-XL is on Excell 2000 2003 is ok 
it also works on 2007 but with a very different look. One feature does
not work on 2007 : selecting a worksheet with node of the graph

New features
EM has been installed in ProBT-XL  see Mixture1.xls
Binomial and Laplace laws are implemented


ProBT-XL is based on version 2.0 of our library ProBT.
Due to improvement on approximate inference the use of intervals
and Real is more rigourous  : one has to enter a new parameter
to sample the output distribution.

A new button "save" in the question worksheet makes possible to export 
a model which in turn can be read by an application (C++ our python)
linked with ProBT.
